License Agreements
BEAT LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Beat License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between GameKingC.com ("Licensor") and the licensee ("Licensee" or "Artist"). By downloading, using, or otherwise accessing the beat(s) from GameKingC.com, the Licensee agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. DEFINITIONS
Beat(s): Musical compositions, instrumentals, or productions made available by GameKingC.com.
Free License: A non-exclusive, royalty-free license granted for non-commercial and non-profit use.
Basic License : A non-exclusive, royalty-free license granted for limited commercial use.
Premium License: A non-exclusive license allowing full commercial exploitation of the beat(s).
Monetize: To earn revenue from music through streaming platforms, digital downloads, or other commercial uses.
Distributors: Platforms such as DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, or similar services used to distribute music to Spotify, Apple Music, etc.

2. FREE LICENSE TERMS

By obtaining a Free License, the Artist is granted the following rights:

Permitted Uses:
Create original songs using the Beat(s).
Offer the final song as a free download to fans and audiences.
Publish it on non-profit music platforms.
Restrictions:
The Artist may NOT distribute or monetize music containing the Beat(s) on streaming platforms or through music distributors (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc.) under the Free License.
The Artist does NOT own the copyright to the Beat(s).
The Beat(s) are licensed, not sold. All copyrights and ownership remain with kanebeats.com / @prod-kane.
Attribution Requirement: In all public uses of the Beat(s), including social media and YouTube videos, the Artist must credit:
Beat by @prod-kane.

3. BASIC LICENSE TERMS
By purchasing a Basic License, the Artist is granted broader usage rights as follows:

Permitted Uses:
All rights granted under the Free License.
Commercial distribution rights, including:
Streaming revenue from platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.
Digital download sales and monetization through distributors.
50 000 monetized streams, music videos, and social media content.
The right to create and sell music containing the Beat(s) for commercial purposes.
Additional Terms:
The Commercial License is non-exclusive, meaning the Beat(s) may be licensed to other artists.
The Artist must contact kanebeats.com / @prod-kane if a major opportunity arises (e.g., label interest, film/TV placement, national advertising use) to negotiate further rights or exclusivity.
The Artist does NOT own the underlying Beat(s) or copyright. All copyrights remain with kanebeats.com / @prod-kane unless explicitly transferred in writing.

3. PREMIUM LICENSE TERMS
By purchasing a Premium License, the Artist is granted broader usage rights as follows:

Permitted Uses:
All rights granted under the Free License.
Full commercial distribution rights, including:
Streaming revenue from platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.
Digital download sales and monetization through distributors.
Unlimited monetized streams, music videos, and social media content.
The right to create and sell music containing the Beat(s) for commercial purposes.
Additional Terms:
The Commercial License is non-exclusive, meaning the Beat(s) may be licensed to other artists.
The Artist must contact kanebeats.com / @prod-kane if a major opportunity arises (e.g., label interest, film/TV placement, national advertising use) to negotiate further rights or exclusivity.
The Artist does NOT own the underlying Beat(s) or copyright. All copyrights remain with kanebeats.com / @prod-kane unless explicitly transferred in writing.
4. GENERAL TERMS
Royalty-Free: Both license types are royalty-free, meaning no ongoing payments are required beyond the initial license fee (if any).
Prohibited Uses: The Beat(s) may not be used in hate speech, illegal activity, or material that violates intellectual property laws.
Termination: Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the license without refund.
